A little history and other stuff

Madison West Office Park was developed in 1985 by Chester West in a joint venture with First American Saving and Loan Association. Upon completion in December 1985 the building was sold by the Joint Venture to GW Jones and Sons. MW Realty Investors, Ltd. purchased the property in June 1988 and has operated it continuously as Madison West Office Park since then.

MW Realty Investors, Ltd. is an Alabama Limited Partnership and owns no other properties.

The office building consists of 40,480 square feet with 32,344 square feet available for immediate occupancy. 8,096 square feet is available for development as custom office space on the west end of the building. This space can be joined with existing redeveloped space to total over 12,000 square feet of custom space.

The original development plan called for forty (40) 1,012 square feet offices joined together in quads so that businesses could grow from 1,012 square feet offices to 4.048 square feet by simply opening up adjoining doors. In addition, quads may be joined to produce larger spaces.  

Madison West Office Park is Class B office space located in the heart of the Huntsville/Decatur Business Corridor, being located in the northeast quadrant of the Intersection of Interstate 565 and Wall Triana Highway.
